Breathwork is the foundation of your physical and emotional wellbeing. And it is a tool you have with you, always! Learn simple breathing techniques that improve blood flow to your entire body, synchronise the left and right hemispheres of your brain to bring you a sense of clarity.

Get into a deeply relaxed state, in which alpha brainwaves are dominant. In an alpha state, unpleasant emotions such as anger, frustration, anxiety are impossible to experience. It is also a perfect state for creating new neural pathways (a new you) via affirmations / autosuggestion.

Every problem you feel you have is either built upon a memory (past) or a worry/fear (future). Since the past is gone, and the future is very malleable, your problems are standing on very flimsy foundations. Make those foundations crumble completely by learning to be in the Now.
